ABOUT THE PROJECT
College
The faculty will have a capacity of 50 students per academic year (classrooms, administrative office, faculty offices, lecture hall, library, supporting auxiliary spaces, multifunctional sports hall, swimming pool, and outdoor sports fields). The faculty building will consist of a basement, ground floor, and three upper floors. The basement will house technical facilities. The ground floor will include, among other things, the administrative office, faculty offices, archive, a 260-seat lecture hall, café bar, swimming pool, sports hall with changing rooms and auxiliary spaces, and a clinic. The first floor will feature the staff room and 13 faculty offices. The second floor will contain classrooms and supporting spaces, while the third floor will include classrooms, a library, and accommodation units for faculty members.
STUDENT DORMITORY
The Student Dormitory building has a capacity of 102 double rooms with bathrooms. In addition to the rooms, there are spaces for studying, socializing, and work, a multifunctional hall, cafeteria, café bar, and auxiliary facilities. This phase also includes the associated part of the canopy and surrounding area, as well as service access and parking. The building consists of a ground floor and three upper floors. The ground floor houses a conference hall, café bar, cafeteria, kitchen with supporting facilities, offices, and other auxiliary spaces. The upper floors contain the accommodation units, a lounge, a study room, and additional support spaces.
POWER PLANT WITH CANOPY
The project includes an energy facility consisting of a canopy covered with photovoltaic panels and a power plant housing the equipment. The floor plan of the newly planned power plant building is a regular rectangle measuring 20m x 10m. Inside the building, there will be the equipment and a control room. The canopy is located above part of the roadway and parking area and is entirely covered with photovoltaic panels. The canopy measures approximately 110m x 21m. In addition to energy production, the canopy also serves to protect vehicles from the sun. A solar power plant is planned on the parking canopy, with a total peak capacity of the photovoltaic generator of 423.9 kWp and inverter capacity of 8 x 50 kW. The total installed power of the plant is 499 kW.
ROADS
The roadway is a prerequisite for the construction of all other buildings on the site. After connection to the public road network via a roundabout, the road runs along the perimeter of the plot to preserve the maximum area for the central pedestrian zone. The roadway provides access to all buildings, particularly service entrances used for deliveries, as well as meeting fire safety requirements for building firefighting and evacuation. The roadway is essentially a two-lane, two-way street with a carriageway width of 540 cm. A 200 cm-wide pedestrian path runs partially on one side of the roadway. Of the total pedestrian path width, 120 cm is asphalted, while the remaining 80 cm is paved with tartan, allowing for recreational running around the entire site. Required parking spaces are provided along the roadway, next to individual buildings, and in the central parking area by the energy plant. Well-designed pedestrian paths ensure access to various facilities from all sides of the buildings and connections to the internal road network.
ACCELERATOR
The Accelerator building is designed to accommodate 6 business offices and 2 offices for mentors. The plan also includes meeting rooms, a conference hall, a cafeteria, 2 spaces intended for commercial activities (pharmacy, shop), and all supporting facilities for these functions. On the ground floor, there is a recording studio with its own access and supporting facilities. This phase includes the associated part of the canopy and surrounding area, as well as service access and parking.
INCUBATOR
The Incubator building is primarily intended for carrying out incubation activities, video game testing, rental of IT equipment, video game industry equipment, and more.
The video game testing hall has a capacity of 2,500 visitors. It includes rooms for testing, offices, hospitality facilities, and all supporting spaces.
